Our supported accommodation for 16+ provide consistent round the clock staffing in the home  from trained and dedicated staff. Within a stable, nurturing environment, we focus on relationship-building, life skills development, educational engagement and emotional wellbeing — creating a foundation for safety, confidence and long-term resilience.

 

Our care leaver provision for young people aged 18–21 promotes greater independence while maintaining meaningful floating support. Through structured keywork sessions and practical guidance, we support young adults to develop life skills, access education or employment, manage their wellbeing and successfully transition into adulthood.
